We used Virginia for mediation, and I would not recommend anyone else doing so. During Mediation, we discussed very specific things, only to have something different drawn up in the paperwork. The result is that we have had to sort out the mediation document with our attorneys afterwards, costing more money. It would have been better if we had no mediator at all.
