Friendly staff
We had a wonderful experience with Rachel C (our allocated interior designer). Rachel was very knowledgeable and helped us in choosing our colours and fixtures. All of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A big shout out to the Henley cafe - great food, coffee and service.
A stressful unexpected call to change all our stone benchtops before we left for holidays meant a rushed visit to the Design Centre from Ocean Grove to Dandenong. To say the least, we weren’t impressed. Breahna our consultant was very helpful and made this experience less stressful than it could have been. She was attentive and knowledgeable but we made sure we did as much research as possible before we got there, otherwise it could have been overwhelming. I have had a very unpleasant experience with my build with Henley and while initially things went on as per schedule ( as henley kept getting the progress payments on time) towards the end there was a lot of delay and miscommunication and laid back co-ordination and all sorts of reasons to delay my handover once the full payment was received by Henley. The building is beautiful, area clean, the Cafe delicious and worker friendly, interior designer super helpful. Best showroom I've been to!
