I drive past a crew from this company every morning at the intersection of hilltop road and county welfare road. There is a huge grass area on one side and a paved lot on the other yet, every morning, someone’s personal vehicle is double parked on the wrong side of the road and they are drinking their coffee and just chatting it up.
