Checked in at 8:50. Delivered a load for Henkel. Their docks are all the way in the back, and you have to back through the entire yard to get there. Be careful — there isn’t much space for long-haul trucks. They unloaded me pretty fast. I had about 12 pallets, and they were done in about an hour. Quick, smooth, no hassle. Good job.
Poor customer service Hands down . Dock workers talk with no respect. Took 3 hours to unload 15 pallets! They unload & make you wait while they put up product!
