BUYERS BEWARE. We recently purchased as new / used car here. Our salesman Mitch DeVincentis was nice and friendly to work with. However, after getting in the car to go home I noticed it needed windshield washer fluid, or so the alert on the dashboard showed. It was full, so I assumed a bad sensor. I took it back to have them look at it and confirmed a bad sensor that they wanted around $250 to fix as it wasn’t under warranty. Just bought a 2022 Jeep Compass from them, NO problems and NO pressure from the salesman. His name was Nathan and he was a young man and was great! I would recommend them to anyone! Was very pleased with this dealership!

Dear Drew, On my most recent interaction with your service department I was encouraged to complete a survey. The letter, signed by you, indicated you desire a 9 or 10 rating and if I couldn't do that I should reply to: corporate@tuttongroup.com The last several repairs (paid or warranty) have all been disastrous, causing several return visits to address what was supposed to be repaired, items disconnected, or repairs that damaged parts during the repair. Regrettable. Be careful here, the dealer added nearly a $1,000 fee for "reconditioning" on top of the advertised price. They also added a documentation and compliance fee, sounds official right? The truth is you're not obligated to pay that either. So, I walked. The salesperson was great, unfortunately for her she has to deal with this type of behavior which will cost her sales.

After my brother bought a Jeep, I was thinking of getting one to. Although my brother bought from somewhere else, we came to the lot at Bill Penney and I liked some of the Jeeps on the lot. The salesman, Randy Harlan took my credit application and ran my credit but, would never text or call me back. I did not appreciate running my credit and not responding to my messages. I have good credit and that is no issue. He did the same thing to my brother so not sure why my brother thought I'd get better service at Bill Penney. Tur... read more

The finance departmet is one of the worst . they sold me a warrenty by telling the loan compay required it . This is not true at all . Then they leave out all the details of the warrenty like the mileage clause . I went to have work done on my truck only to find that I had passed the mileage . I paid $3500 for this 4 year warrenty that is useless and no I am stuck paying a large repair bill . Please do your homework before dealing with this company.
