Friendly and helpful people. Checked in at 125 Jaycee for delivery , was sent to 12 Jaycee ( Thanks to the guy who took my paperwork and gave dock in last minute ! *125 Jaycee is open 24 hrs Monday-Friday *12 Jaycee Monday-Friday 8-14:30 *12 Jaycee entrance is on Kiwanis Dr
Guy at shipping is nice. empty dry van drop n pick up lot marked in picture green is the way of entrance, yellow is the drop lot and red is the office. Yard jockeys don’t want to help always rude. Bring PARS n ur photo identity in office.
Unloading was quick. Checked in at the address and was later send to an off site warehouse about 1/2 mile away. That off site said they normally stop receiving at about 15:00 daily.
For the most part, pickup is easy... HOWEVER, one of the truck drivers that works thru them got an attitude because I parked where the trucks are supposed to but due to his lack of skill, he claims he was blocked from backing and got in a hissy fit. Mind you, No one ever had a problem getting out from the docks but him. Other than that, checking in and getting paperwork is easy. I would give it 5 stars but the rude driver left a bad impression.
Very good staff, polite I had an appointment on 4/8/25 in the morning, I arrived on 4/7/25 at 23:45, I checked in and they quickly unloaded me in half an hour and said goodbye to me well. I came here for the second time, they unloaded me twice at night, too, I recommend to everyone very good staff, very good company
