The customer service is 0 star. I had a Smart program coverage bought with my Toyota at Heninger Toyota for windshield and paint & dent. Contacted the dealer before and they told me this is their recommended body shop. Booked for an estimate in this shop, walking into the store mentioning I have the windshield under smart program coverage and offered to give them the policy number. The front desk refused to look at the insurance card, simply saying that no worries we can search your VIN for coverage. But the twist? they are ... read more
This place is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They will happily take your vehicle to ensure it is in their possession (and thus they get paid for the inevitable fix) without procuring the parts required for the repair beforehand. They then proceed to never communicate with you - the client - regarding ever-drifting timelines of completion and when you check in about your vehicle, they blame the delays on "parts delays" which they never secured the parts in the first place. Staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for The services they provide.
