We purchased an Empire fireplace 3 years ago at a cost exceeding 3K from Henges. 3 years later, we have had multiple services calls for a fireplace that never works. All of the parts have been replaced on our unit. Found out last week that our power board has failed for the second time and needs replaced again. Do what they say they are going to do, don't show up unannounced when specific instructions were given, don't cut a hole in the house where it is not supposed to be, and, as a manager, call your clients back when they have a issue. This is single handed the WORST retail experience I can remember having,
RecommendedJeff Smith was fabulous to work with while determining our insulation needs since our 100+ year old home would not cool down in 90 degree days. Our installers, Alex and Leo, were patient with the quirks of our old house and so courteous about cleanliness and making sure everything was functional. We were so impressed with Henges from start to finish and we highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with insulation issues.
