Purchased a necklace for my wife as an anniversary gift. Never had a problem until today. Asked sales person about repairing the clasp, where’s your paperwork, what’s your number…we have to send it out to get an estimate. I purchased the necklace because I knew the manager but he is longer there. (My last purchase)
