I don’t usually leave reviews but the guys at Hendy Nissan were very professional, polite and definitely offered a better service than any other service I’ve received before, from a car dealer. We walked away with a great second hand car that looks new and a good price. I am definitely the worse customer to deal with but Jo (the salesmans) and Jamie (the manager) were patient, answered all my questions and dealt with any queries I had, to make the transaction run smoothly. Purchased a used Juke and dealt with Dan M who was polite, helpful and looked after me well. Especially when I’d travelled to collect the car, I’d left my means of paying for the tax at home. Didn’t think of DD did I. 😂 Thank you.
Friendly, speedy service and MOT. After a visual inspection of tyres, brake pads and discs, suspension etc, Hendy send a short video of the inspection process, highlighting issues and advisories. Recommended
