Review Update (August 2025): After leaving a 5 star positive review in April when I thought my battery issue was resolved, the same problem has happened again (16th August). This is very disappointing, especially as reliability is the main reason I use Hendy. The RAC now suggest a possible drainage issue, which leaves me questioning the original diagnosis. Good service — until you really need them. Back in April I said Hendy Nissan Bournemouth was worth the higher prices as long as you got value for money. Fast forward just four months, and the same fault they repaired has happened again. I called 2–3 times, always sent to voicemail. Even a supervisor tried and got the same. For a main dealer charging main dealer prices, that’s not good enough. Thankfully I have RAC cover through Hendy, so I’m relying on that to get me back on the road. Thank you Adam for your excellent customer service 17.07. 2025 when our Nissan Pulsar was being worked on for an hour and a half. It was helpful to me that you kept me informed and updated while I waited. Thank you Adam, too, for your excellent customer service in October 2024 (my review long overdue) when I was not charged for the almost 2 hour investigation on the car.
Nick was incredible! 10/10 service from the very beginning to the very end. The communication was excellent, the car is everything I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you.
