I recently called this dealership to enquire about purchasing a new Granturismo to replace my just-departed Continental GT. Upon taking my call, the person on the other end immediately burst into laughter (possibly as a result of a poorly timed joke by a colleague), as opposed to professionally greeting a potential client as is expected from a prestigious dealership, if not most businesses in general.
