Dr. Hendsch is warm, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Don't chose this facility if you want you and baby safe during labor. They visit patients during labour for a minute and make us waiting for hours. Only few nurses are professional. Had to ask dr to look for option and give us suggestions after trying for couple of hours to deliver baby naturally. I wish we selected different facility to deliver baby!
I cannot believe believe that anyone would have a difficult interaction with Dr. Brown. He is the calmest, most compassionately kind doctor I have ever interacted with. Not only that, but he is mild-mannered, polite, and very easy to talk with. He was completely open to options for care during my pregnancy and has counseled my family through a 3-year fertility struggle. They specifically told me they do not treat the mother during pregnancy and only treat the baby. Still trying to wrap my head around that. They take 5 minutes with you and make you wait an hour to be seen. They do not notify you of your lab test results. Kinda scary since I have worked in the on field. The receptionist is great though.
