We LOVE Our Generate generator Thank you!! Lights went off For 4 hours on 8/18/25 We May have lost power for 12 seconds How ever long it Takes to Kick on…. Awesome Investment for sure!!!
I replaced my A/C and had a generac installed at the same time. They did great during that time. I needed some essential electrical work done around the house recently. I can't even get the time of day from them. Once they get the big ticket items out of the way, they leave you hanging. I would highly recommend going to someone else. It is pathetic that they can't even be honest about scheduling a visit. Seriously you are better off with another provider.
