Went into have ct done. Guy who was doing registration said why wasn’t my insurance approved already I said idk he said it’s not his job but to tell my dr to call insurance. I said sir I am physically not able to sit for long times he said not my problem. Tell your dr to get it done. Plus he got on the phone talking about another patient info personal info I shouldn’t have heard. Don’t know his name he had it covered very unprofessional
