I always look forward to my appointments with Madison. She is so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. I trust her completely with my hair and always leave with an amazing cut. The salon itself is beautifully maintained and has such a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend.
Not the worst haircut I’ve received, but it’s not what I was hoping for. I asked for some shape and movement- seems haphazard and not well done, she also attempted a dry cut on my partially curly hair (I had washed it earlier in the day and let it air dry), was uncomfortable asking for her to wet it to cut it. Definitely not worth $100. Staff is nice, place seems well run. 3 stars because maybe I didn’t convey what I wanted?
I followed Madison here from her last salon, and I love it. Everyone here is so nice, easy to talk to, energetic, and you can tell the owner really takes care of everyone who works there. Madison is the best stylist I've had in 15 years. She is the only person who has ever been able to get my blonde right, and make it look amazing until the next time I come. It is never brassy, always bright and perfect. And her personality is the best.
Today I had my first hair appointment with Alonso. I have been so nervous to make a change to my hair but he helped to ease my nerves. He took the time to listen to what I wanted. Since what I thought I wanted didnt match my current haircut, he asked me what I liked about "x" style and he ran with that information. He matched damn near to the exact color I was aiming for. It has been a long time since I felt this happy with my hair. I felt heard, supported and valued as a customer. 10/10 recommend!
Love this salon! It’s very welcoming. Maddie, the manager, does a great job of making me feel right at home.I’m so happy that I discovered this place! Cait is safe space and a great stylist! She can be very creative and is great at listening to your wants and needs.
