As a new resident to the area, I was provided Dr. Hendrix's information as a great doctor to see. I called on 1/20/23 to set up an appointment. I was asked about my insurance (BC/BS) and was told that I would be called back in about two weeks for new patient information. After 3 weeks, I called the office and was told I would get a return call by 5:00 pm that day. I never received a call back. Two days later, I called again.
