Dr Hendrix is wonderful, but the person in charge of the PA's is not so much. Had to wait more than 7 days for mine and my husband is on day 10 right now. This time they forgot to put in the pharmacy info. Usually takes no more than 3 days, sometimes same day with other doctors offices. Had problems with almost every PA we had to get from there.
