I gave Hendrix 2 stars instead of one because the owner is a good lady. As for the people under her, there are several who do not follow her wishes, particularly on the mechanical side, which, with such usurpation of her authority on a constant bases, by, we all know who, someone who is inherently guaranteed rank, but really doesn't have the years or fortitude to handle real adult responsibilities, nor make sound decisions based on experience.
