I know I say this every year but it’s true. Everyone in the office from Dr Hendrix down was very thorough, professional and helpful. I needed new lenses, but my frames are in good condition. They were able to fit the new lenses into my frame and they are great
Dr. Gauger is the best. She's caring and takes the time you need as well as listens to your concerns. When she answers your questions or discusses anything to do with your eyes know that she's honest, she doesn't recommend unnecessary surgeries and actually prefers to hold off until necessary unlike other eye practices. I will continue to see Dr Gauger even if she isn't in my insurance plan because she's worth it.
The entire staff is friendly and professional. My exam was very thorough and the doctor explained everything taking plenty of time to answer questions.
