Don't be fooled and get bitten! The oldest test equipment I've been tested with for years, paid for computer glasses, offered seniors reading glasses at little extra. Both pairs turned up as readers, their optometrist confirmed that I had been supplied readers x 2. The receptionist refused to believe and maintained they were both computer glasses.and swore blind (pardon the pun) that it's all my fault. Offered another appointment to redress the situation at my expense. Zero service, even less accountability, ....
I’m with my prescription sunny,they put a nose pad on it as it hasn’t fit of my small nose .Now I got and I’m very happy of their service and Lailah so nice and friendly.Josie
I have been a client of Darling Downs Optometry for probably a decade. I am hard to impress but every visit is a pleasure because of the professional service and the extra care factor.
It was a couple of months ago I was treated at DDO. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service I received here in Toowoomba. I was from interstate and was lucky enough to find these guys. I’m sorry I didn’t write my review sooner. Thank you to all at Darling Downs Optometrist. I highly recommend.
