BEYOND livid with this vet! Brought my 7-month old kitten for front declaw, they did not call me after like they said and then kept me on hold for close to 10 minutes when I did FINALLY get through to talk to a tech to see how she did. Not taking my dog to this vet anymore. We were stupid enough to take our precious dog here for as long as we did. The service is awful and it is clear that the staff do not care about the animals we pay for. The vet is arrogant and money hungry. Our dog had a cyst on her elbow and after the vet removed the cyst, he left the wound wide open and bloody without cleaning it up.
