They could follow up with their customers. I dropped my truck off and left if for over a week. I was not called with any updates and the truck was not even looked at during that period. When I dropped it off I was told they would look at it the next day.
I was wow'd by the service that was extended to me!! Very honest, helpful and polite mechanics, Mark. He had a lot of knowledge and listened to what I was telling him about my car problems. We went for a drive together to show him the problem which had stopped at the time. He did go the extra mile and cleaned a sensor that may have been the problem. This is one of the best places to take your car!!! Kathy F.
