In regards to ms allen septic system failing after 6 years . There is no other septic company going to warranty a 6 year old septic system. Probable cause of failure no maintenance pumping septic 3 to 5 years. Chemicals flushed or toilet overflowing or bypassing. This septic was permitted and inspected twice by nassau health dept. Brand-new septic installed in 2021 voa Wayne Frier Homes. About a month ago we notices holes at top of drainfield with sewage coming out. Only 2 people live in the house, very little water is used so this is alarming. Then, we noticed the sewer smell and other red flags indicating a failed drainfield system. He has repaired mine, my grandfather‘s, and my father‘s this past year alone. He has done a great job and we have no complaints.
Brand-new septic was installed in 2022. About nine months after installation, we noticed the zero-turn would bog down in certain areas. Then, we noticed the sewer smell and other red flags indicating it was not installed properly. Danny promised to fix it, but after over a year of excuses for not showing up, they are now not returning our calls at all.
Sump pump to septic tank broke. He came and repaired same day. We can’t thank you enough for saving the day. Grateful customers!
