Front staff is horribly rude and nasty. My family will never be back and will tell others to avoid as well.
I missed my appointment because I punch in wrong place to go. It took me on a real trip. Anyway I called to remand let the young lady on the phone it was my fault and I was truly sorry. They said they could give me a second chance but, she became extremely rude and made me feel horrible. I said it was my fault and I was sorry but she made me feel so bad I opted out. Same on the person for being so rude to a person who didn’t do it intentionally.

Dr Curry was seen several times for ear drops & sinus infection.. I'm Very Upset, he was supposed to do surgery on my sinuses & make improvements,he deformed my nose totally ruined the bridge&ruined,my sinuses he did unwanted procedure on me& charged me extra,Id give ANYTHING to have never let him touch me... it's been years & I'm still mortified.He needs his license taken away, DON'T LET HIM TOUCH YOU.HE SHOULD HAVE VERY LEAST RETURNED MY MONEY -ID NEVER LET HIM TOUCH MY NOSE AGAIN - HE COLLASPED IT, DOING A PROCEDURE I SPE... read more
My grandson was seen there today for a reported hearing loss by his school. The appt was set up to test his hearing. He wasn’t able to be tested due to wax buildup preventing an accurate result. No attempt was made by this office to relieve the buildup & then retest although their ‘Ear’ professionals do this procedure. He would only be set up for another appointment. I immediately went to the Avon Immediate Care who corrected the problem in 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed in the service that wasn’t provided at Avon HC ENT
