Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, nasty, and unprofessional. The person who performed my son’s hearing test was also extremely rushed and showed very little patience with him. Their attitude and the way they handled the appointment made my son extremely scared and uncomfortable. This is absolutely not how a pediatric patient should be treated. Front staff is horribly rude and nasty. My family will never be back and will tell others to avoid as well.
I missed my appointment because I punch in wrong place to go. It took me on a real trip. Anyway I called to remand let the young lady on the phone it was my fault and I was truly sorry. They said they could give me a second chance but, she became extremely rude and made me feel horrible. I said it was my fault and I was sorry but she made me feel so bad I opted out. Same on the person for being so rude to a person who didn’t do it intentionally.
