Dr. Heavins is who I saw on my last ER visit. He was hard to hear and understand, mumbled or talked too low. He seemed distant and not the best personality. I would not want to see him again if possible. One nurse was borderline rude, one was nice. Triage nurses were very kind. I have been to HRH ER several times over the years. The worst hospital you can go to. There is so much racism. If you are a person of color then they don’t care how much pain you are in or anything. They will take others first. I was clearly told by the nurse that as long as your vitals are good we will continue taking other people in front of you whose vitals are not good. That is so stupid. When you ask them they say they don’t know how long it will be and roll their eyes and gives you attitude.
Took my dad here because he is having trouble breathing and chest pains. Got there around noon and it’s 7pm and we decided to leave because of the wait, this is one of the worst ERs/hospitals I’ve ever been too. Over 80 people in the waiting room, every chair taken up by a person and dozens of people standing cause there is nowhere to sit down. If you know you don’t have enough doctors or rooms then you should go ahead and let people know they should go somewhere else or keep them updated on a wait time at-least, this place ... read more
Great experience. I would recommend to anyone for ER Services., My nurses and Doctors were excellent. I thank all of the staff for a quick recovery.
