Great hospital
It's Hendricks, leadership in this org is as toxic. They treat their staff like poorly and that's very likely to manifest in the care you receive, they don't uphold their own proclaimed values. Office politics and bad leadership either force the good employees or the good ones go somewhere else. I've seen and experienced it myself. I'm glad I did not sign their agreements, or I could not share this personal observation and experience. If you have a choice, find something else, IU or perhaps Community. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at 28. HRH breast center told me I would not need chemo. Only a double mastectomy. Scheduled surgery within a month. & told me I did not need to meet with an oncologist. I went on my own to seek a second opinion with radiation oncologist at a different hospital organization. He told me I need to meet with an oncologist before I make any surgery decisions. I went to oncology within a week. Was told I would need 6 months of strong chemo due to my age.
