Just got of the phone from Hendricks Brownsburg Hospital. Had an appointment with Dr. Jason Cooper for my annual review (which was set many, many moons ago). I have been a patient for over 20 years (as well as my family members, who are now adults with children, who go there). Dr. Cooper is a fine physician. His office called.
