Yesterday evening 8/9, I and 9 others I assume on my road, 625E in Ladoga lost power! It was no time and 2 trucks were tracing it down & we got power back! Great job & thank you sooo much! Sincerely, Janet Scott
never had issues with our power until they redid our power poles for the whole street and built a new power plant. the last few months have been awful, we catch a small breeze and the power is out for a couple hours. the bigger storms we will be out of power for a whole day. i am terrified for the winter, please for the love of god, figure this out now. i don’t want to have to spend the money on a generator.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with will not try to help you or work with you at all but that's what happens when you give a company the power to be that way they take advantage and just basically bully you if there was a button to give less than 1 star i would hit that button
Not my power company but they sure have a stupid outage map that does not show the outages, it only shows a map. I suppose I should know all the Hendricks Co zipcodes and locations of those zipcodes so the summary page that only shows zipcodes has meaning. As bad as AES is (zero stars) at least they have an outage map that works and shows actual outage locations. The zipcode 46112 is 16 square miles. What good does it do to tell me that zip has outages?
