We are so grateful for how fast they responded when a bird landed on a fuse and blew the fuse at our house tonight. It was the loudest boom and explosion. We thought the transformer blew but no it was a bird on a fuse! The poor bird didn’t stand a chance! But they were here fixing it within an hour of it happening! We thought maybe tomorrow they would come! The best customer service hands down!
