These guys are the best in the state. Always fast to answer questions and if our power goes out it never takes long to fix. So happy I’m in their territory
The customer service is short and cuts you off when trying to ask about bill and set up payment arrangement
Somehow had over $200 bill when I hadn't even moved in or ran AC or heat. Everything was off for the entire month. Rates are incredibly high and they charge peak times when you would typically be home cooking dinner and naturally having higher usage during that time. Rate is double from 5-8pm than it is at other times during the day. I am stuck with Hendricks Power due to being in an apartment, but if you can I would avoid.
