1-Star - Customer Service I contacted Hendricks Power . The representative I spoke with was repeatedly interrupting me and would not allow me to finish explaining the situation. The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I’m requesting that Hendricks Power review this call for quality and training.
Company had to change a cable going from the pole and put in a new ground power box. Left my yard wrecked and with a giant mound of dirt. The crew tried to tell me that it would level out before the end of spring, which is only 2 months away. There's literally massive chunks of dirt and a hole by the power box that they didn't even fill in. I have a large Rottweiler and told the supervisor that she could get up on that mound and clear the fence. There's no way that I could leave that mound in the yard for 2 months. It's a very nice building. Easy to do business here.
