Horrible experience. Saw this Dr. Kaur for a painful ingrown toenail which she “removed” during an excruciating visit…jammed a huge needle into my large toe 4 times, I couldn’t help but literally scream obscenities because it hurt so bad. I came in to be fitted for orthotic inserts on my shoes. Photographs were taken of my feet for measuring purposes. We then paid $450.00 out of pocket. The doctor's office called back and said that they were unable to do them. They promised to work on a refund; however, the refund hadn't been initiated yet. We were rerouted to the billing department who then "initiated" the refund and said it could be 4 to 6 weeks before a refund is given. Rushed appointment. Wasn't too concerned about my issue or pain. I had to continuously ask door to be closed. So out of HIPAA Compliance. Will be going to Dr. Miller.
Dr.Kaur is an amazing doctor she listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable about my pain management.
