My recent appointment with Dr Hendricks, (John Hopkins Oncology) was unanticipated but she wasted no time in fitting me into her tight schedule for the following day. She took as much time as needed, explained my health situation and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr Hendricks always provides helpful, detailed and clear information. I’ve been Dr Hendricks’ patient since 2021 and she has always been professional and is a very caring doctor. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Great service and attention as always from the doctor and practitioners but the front office receptionists need to be more friendly and welcoming. They are all too busy talking to each other and don't readily acknowledge you when you arrive. Why do you have three and not one to acknowledge you with a good morning or anything.
Dr. Hendricks is very personable. Explains everything, clearly. Ask questions about the patient not just why you’re there. Really makes an effort to build relationship in a first visit. A feel I will be well taken care of.
Dr Henderick has fabulous bedside manners. Not only is she a breast cancer expert, Dr. Hendericks is very friendly and empathic. She made me feel so confortable to the point I almost forgot that I was talking to an oncologist rather than a friend. She spent a lot of time with me and throroughly answered all my questions. Dr. Hendericks thoroughly explained my test results and discuss with me the best individual treatment plan for myself. I highky recomnend Dr. Hendericks.
