I came in with a nail in my tire and called ahead of time to confirm whether the tire was covered under warranty. I made an appointment for 1:45 PM and checked in at 1:56 PM. After waiting about two hours, I still had not received any update from the service representative. I eventually had to go ask for an update myself. Pampered, we honestly felt pampered. I never thought I'd say that about a service center. Everyone was cordial and professional. Their system automatically read tire depth as we drove into the climate controlled drop-off area. (Yes. We went from air conditioned car to air conditioned service area. Wow!) We received a video showing what was needed. It confirmed our guess that the car needed tires rotated and balanced. Nice to see all else looked good.
