I’m updating my review after owning my vehicle for 3 months. During the purchase process of my car, it was great; however, after a month of ownership, an issue unexpected arose. I notified the dealership of the issue as soon as it happened. It was battle to get them to even listen and Addison, my sale person, acted completely out of line and was disrespectful. My service experience at Volvo of Charleston is always top notch. Neil, my Service Advisor, greeted me when I drove in and was fully prepared for my service call. Via text video I was advised of the progress of the work while I waited in the upscale lounge. My car software upgrade was promptly completed and Neil checked me out with speed and efficiency. My freshly washed Volvo and I left, feeling great. The service advisors go out of their way to make each service call a pleasant experience.
