Took in my wife’s CPO 2017 Tiguan on May 8, 2021 for an oil change and for them to look at the roof visor that stopped working. Not being aware of the fact that her car was a Certified pre owned I was told if would cost 170 dollars just to diagnose the issue with the visor. I reluctantly agreed and about 20 minutes later I told them to stop as I changed my mind. They tried to charge me 85 dollars just for their 15-20 minutes of “work”. He educated and informed us on the best way to go about purchasing our Jeep Wrangler, was right, and had us in and out in two hours! George Strong is the first car sales consultant I’ve ever bought from that didn’t haggle or try to up-sell me. He was fair, worked with my hectic schedule, and listened to my very specific wants/needs for finding a car. Fernando in parts was very clear in communication between the mechanics and him and telling me what’s going on. I’ll go back to him just to talk with Fernando. Mechanics need to improve on testing the vehicle however before finishing their jobs. I’ll still go back just because of the world class customer service I received. I am even thinking in getting another VW after I pay off my current one. Thanks Fernando!!!
