10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. Seriously. Make sure that you have a substantial amount of time to wait to be seen and the patience of Job while you watch other people with appointment times after yours go in before you after you've been waiting over an hour and a half AFTER your appointment time... if it would let me I'd rate less than 1 star.
Everyone was friendly. I was taken very good care of. I even got a follow up call the next day. Ms. Loya was very knowledgeable.
This place has gone out of business, we ended up at the BRC ER. They informed us there that the Brownwood location was no longer open and had been sending everyone to the ER for weeks before finally closing the doors.
Did all tests and labs necessary for the said symptoms i presented. They were kind, well mannered, but still professional.
Clinic hours are not dependable. Several times now either scheduled appointment or gone during normal week day hours to find they do not have staff to see patients.
