Edit: I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket. I was very clear about this, and asked what the cost was. I was told a price. During my interactions with the check-in person who entered my info into the system, I asked a few more times if that was the whole cost. Several days later, I got hit with an additional $90 fee. I'm trying to work this out with Hendrick, but there's something scammy going on here. Appointment times versus when you actually get seen diverge quite a bit as the day goes on, so try to schedule your workplace injuries in the morning. No entree's or snacks provided, so plan accordingly. Staff at this urgent care don't provide "happy endings". Barter not accepted as payment.
I have called two weekends in a row and 2 different reasons and have been turned down, both times . But on their website it says they are open. I call they say no Dr. or NP on site, now they won’t even answer. There is no urgent care here close to Brownwood, Tex without going to the Emergency room and spending a fortune. Thanks a lot Brownwood Hendricks Urgent care for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!
10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend. Seriously. Make sure that you have a substantial amount of time to wait to be seen and the patience of Job while you watch other people with appointment times after yours go in before you after you've been waiting over an hour and a half AFTER your appointment time... if it would let me I'd rate less than 1 star.
Everyone was friendly. I was taken very good care of. I even got a follow up call the next day. Ms. Loya was very knowledgeable.
