Great experience from beginning to end! I wish they were my urgent care back home in Florida.
Clinic takes you in quickly then has you sitting in the room for an hour on something that's only suppose to take 10 minutes, according to them.
Had an appointment at 10. It is now 10:50 and haven't been seen. Everyone in the waiting room has gone in before me and I'm pretty sure all of them didn't have appointments. My complaint is if you're not going to honor the appointment then don't have appointments. Just keep it walk in because thats all I did basically.I use Hendrick a lot but do not like this one bit.
Edit: I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket. I was very clear about this, and asked what the cost was. I was told a price. During my interactions with the check-in person who entered my info into the system, I asked a few more times if that was the whole cost. Several days later, I got hit with an additional $90 fee. I'm trying to work this out with Hendrick, but there's something scammy going on here.
