Only care about making a sale. Paid over 1k for services not needed and leaving with same issues. Waited over 4 hrs for a oil change with an appointment. 3rd time this waiting has happened. And also will be my last.
Aug 2025: My 2022 Tundra broke down with multiple malfunction messages. Thankfully we were able to safely pull into a gas station. Just after the dealership closed for the day and seven hours later our tow truck pulled into Hendrick Toyota. In the morning, I was assigned Patrick Meece as my Service Advisor. Patrick turned out to be a blessing. He was diligent at keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Brought my car here to get serviced and I can’t recommend Hendrick Toyota in Apex enough! Patrick was super helpful and got me in and out in under an hour. He is one of the biggest reasons I will continue being a customer here and recommend Hendrick Toyota in Apex to anyone who needs car related services.
I’ve been bringing my vehicle here since I bought it brand new in 2022. Every 5k miles like clockwork. Something has changed recently. While I previously had excellent experiences, it has gone down hill. When the vehicle reached 35k miles about a year or so ago, they told me it needed new tires. They explained that the wild peak tires that Toyota originally installed on the vehicle were very soft and that is why they didn’t last long.
