Farra was my service advisor and was awesome! She was a great listener, transparent, knowledgeable and professional, not to mention super friendly! She was also very responsive throughout the day, and I can tell she really cares about her customers. I had an easy time getting an oil change done here. My service advisor was Mack and he made it very easy. Called me once it was done and told me how to approve services if I wanted them done. I would recommend him and go back in the future.
This is a bit of a story, but want to provide a lot of context for the bad review. Went in for an oil change with an appointment at 10:30 am. Immediately the advisor was annoyed that he had to get his iPad because it was our first time there? Super weird. Advisor then told us there was a recall. Asked advisor how long it would take to complete both (as we were going to wait) and he said the oil change would be over an hour and then the recall would take a while, a few hours more. After another visit to Toyota, I can confidently say Patrick sets the standard for excellent customer service. He’s attentive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
