I had a phenomenal experience today! I had to have a procedure, get an IV, & receive anesthesia all for the first time in my life. I was insanely nervous walking into it all and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. However, everybody I came into contact with understood my fears and were exceptionally patient, kind, & overall did a wonderful job of explaining each process in order to put me at ease. My father recently had a total knee replacement at Hendrick Health in Brownwood, and I cannot say enough about the excellent care he received from beginning to end. The pre-op and post-op care was outstanding. A special thank you to Marie, Haley, CRNA, Balee, and Kylie for their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. My daughter was recently seen in the ER. Mia and Elora provided excellent patient care. They both treated my daughter as if she were their own and put my worry at ease. Dr. Gilmore was also quick to see and treat my daughter. Highly recommend this ER and their staff.
Giving one star because I have to. ER was dirty and doctor was very dismissive. Was in the room for maybe two minutes and giggled when I explained what was going on and when I said certain medication wasn’t working. I will NOT be back.
