I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership during what should have been a simple oil change. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and even arrived early at 9:45 AM. I was told the car would be ready around 11:30 AM, but when I checked in at that time, I was informed that they hadn’t even started working on my vehicle. I called Hendrick Subaru Southpoint on 10/27/2025 to request a quote for a transmission replacement for my 2014 Outback. The guy who answered refused to provide a quote unless they physically had the Outback and he had an attitude about it. I called Flow Subaru of Burlington who immediately agreed and sent over a quote for a rebuilt trans and a used trans that same day. The guy who answered at Burlington was super kind and helpful. Five Star service in Burlington. I won't be doing any business at Hendrick going forward.
