I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dealership during what should have been a simple oil change. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and even arrived early at 9:45 AM. I was told the car would be ready around 11:30 AM, but when I checked in at that time, I was informed that they hadn’t even started working on my vehicle.
