I cannot say enough good things about the Hendrick Subaru Service Team. I purchased my barely used Subaru Outback from another dealership after 2 years of waiting and comparing inventory, but have been taking it to Hendrick for all service, including oil changes as they are closer to me. I cannot get any assistance. I purchased several extra warranties and coverage when I bought my Subaru. I canceled one of them and never received my refund. When I canceled it in the dealership they told me I would receive money back. I’ve tried several times to get a response from them and they will not respond or call me back. So, basically they weren’t truthful. I had to cancel this because it was so difficult to use the extra coverage.
