I’m writting this as we are sitting here in the drive thru we have been waiting for 30 mins with two cars in front of us and one behind us that I can see or else I would leave. Every time we come here the wait is extremely long. We will be switching pharmacies today. This is our last pick up. 40 mins later we are at the window. Now waiting to get the medicine. Great still waiting mind you these were sent in on Monday morning by the doctor and they aren’t ready.
Why does NO ONE answer the phone??? Ridiculous!
This pharmacy is getting worse and worse, customer service is practically non existent. However is in charge now should be fired.
Takes forever to get through the drive through. Inside is often not any better. I waited an hour one day in the drive through, with all the parking spots for inside being full. Came today to get a prescription, waited 20 minutes in the drive through, got to the window, only to be told “oh you didn’t come get your prescription so after 7 days we send it back.” I had looked to see what was ready before coming, and it said that prescription was ready for pickup.
