Craig Eaves in the service department is a great asset. Both he & the mechanic, John Leamy, kept me informed & got me out of there quickly, even though I had an additional repair that had to be completed. The drive to Charlotte is quite stressful for me, as someone that doesn’t drive much (especially on the freeway), but your service advisors put me at ease & put a smile on my face every time I visit your location for service.
