I’ve always had a great experience with Hendrick medical supply. I’ve gotten several orders sent to them, including my c-pap supplies. They ship everything straight to me in a timely manner and the orders are always complete. The ladies at the front desk are great to work with when you go in. Couldn’t ask for a better medical supply center.
An order was sent to Hendrick Medical Supply OVER A MONTH AGO. Today, I received call from “MJ”, Michael Jimenez, with Hendrick Medical Supply claiming our primary care provider yelled at him, cussed him out, refused to cooperate, and claims she stated she "Doesn't really care if the patient has to pay out of pocket”.
