Lack of follow through on requests/orders. Always a delayed shipment receiving date. Staff are very congenial.
I had to switch to Hendricks medical supply store when the medical supply store at Brady went out of business. They have been so helpful and are always willing to do whatever they can to help. I am on full time oxygen and have to have portable tanks for when I go places and I have had to buy a few other helpful items. The staff is beyond friendly. So thankful for this store for my medical device needs.
Had my daughter measured for a knee brace a little over 2 weeks ago. I've called the office 2 times and not once have they mentioned needing paperwork from the Dr. Not once have they mentioned a billing issue to me or the doctors office. Finally I stopped in there this morning to inquire about the brace yet again before her Dr appointment this morning to find out that there was an issue. Apparently no one at this office is competent enough to pick up a phone and call to let the Dr office or patient know that there's an issue... read more
