I recently took my child to the ER. The lobby was filthy. Food and candy wrappers were all over the floor. As well, the exam room had not been cleaned from the prior patient (s). There were remnants of trash from a previous exam, ear scope and the pillow they asked my son to lay on (which I refused) had multiple hairs on it, on both sides! The physician acted as we were more of a bother than a patient and did not listen to our concerns.
