If you asked me three weeks ago, if Hendrix was a good hospital, I would’ve told you yes it was a great hospital.

Staff is always friendly and professional
By far the worst hospital there is. Doctors just want to push you through without running labs or images. What makes it worse is that they have a monopoly in this part of Texas. It’s the only choice. No wonder this place already has a very low rating. Lastly, I have called for 4 days in a row to schedule an appointment with an affiliated bone and joint office, only to be told they are still reviewing my records and I cannot make an appointment until the doc has reviewed them. We have been waiting over an hour for an x-ray, because the person that checked us in forgot to send the order over to radiology. We had to ask. What a waste of time
