Brett has worked on all 3 of my family’s Hondas. His team did a great job repairing my son’s after he was rear ended last fall. They then repainted my husband’s rear quarter panel when the paint was fading. Today, I stopped by to discuss a scratch on my car with Brett. He offered me a quote on a full repair but I told him I was mainly concerned about repainting the scratch so the car didn’t rust. He buffed and touched up the scratch at no charge. Two and a half months and 4 times to paint the bumper before I accepted their work. Pic #1 is the first time they tried to pass it off to me. Pic #2 was the second time. Pic #3 was the third time. Pic #4 was what we wanted repaired.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS. Unprofessional. Noncommunicative. Not efficient. Dishonest. There was zero communication from the company, I worked with Natalya (rude is an understatement) and this review reflects my experience with her.
