If you want to pay for lies and deceit bring your car here. These are the biggest group of SCAMMERS. They will try to get your money by any means necessary, including lying about work completed. Claiming to have completed work you did not agree to, only to find they completed nothing. They will also attempt holding your car hostage. Unless you feel like the hassle of including an attorney and the police I suggest you take your car to Baker for a more professional experience.

Absolutely horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would. They have had my Traverse for weeks! We have been told numerous different dates that it would be done. We started with the beginning of last week, then we moved to the end. We were assured that we would have it by the beginning of this week. NOTHING! Here we are on Wednesday, still no car. This is the absolutely the worst body shop in Charleston. Had my vehicle since August 12. Got it back today November 16 still with issues. First 2 times went to pick it up the paint was bubbles & runs. Now I get it today. The headlight is already fogged up, the right mirror doesn’t work & none of the windows will roll down do to the wiring harness never being connected back. One star, and that’s generous. The front desk, and the courtesy guys like Mr Randy are great. The service staff not so much. I don’t really know how to describe the problems because there are so many. They will lose your key a month in. Communication will be extremely hard to get from them, and then they will be disrespectful to you once you bring them a spare key.Just avoid the place.
I was in a accident on February 20, 2019 they did all the repairs except I had a leak in my sunroof was told that drain tubes were clogged upon further investigation of taking headliner off I noticed from the impact of the accident that it separated the water pan and the drain tube and was making it leak into my headliner and into my floorboard which has mold and my headliner has water stains in it now went back on May 13, 2019 and was told that it was clogged I fixed after work at 2:38 AM May 14, 2019 problem was corrected ... read more
