I had great experience with the excellent service that I received from Dean and Dawn. Dawn, you’re awesome and continue to do what you do to make the customer happy. God bless you a lot Dawn, you’re the best.
Called and stated they only do bodywork no electrical or diagnostics etc they only repair damaged panels so if your engine or electrical is failed they cannot repair called this morning this was answer I was given and Hendrick BMW states since it's a Insurance claim or body repair shop can handle it so remove all the services you have listed on your Google page since you only do body repair.
Unethical. Untrustworthy. Lied to my face. I used Hendrick Luxury Collision for repairs to my BMW X3. After taking the car back 3(!!) times with concerns over the repair, and validated by the Hendrick BMW Service Center, they stated they would order the correct parts identified by the service center and make the repair right. I'd give Dawn and Dean 11 stars if I could! A large truck hit my Mercedes C-300 in a parking garage, so I did a Google search and stumbled upon Hendrick Luxury Collision Center—and I'm so lucky I did. The initial inspection was quick, Dawn looked over the damage, took lots of photos, and gave me a very thorough run-through of each of the repair items.
