I have had some bad personal experience with Hendrick Lexus of Northlake, But my Recent experience was good! My advisor Brock Ward always see that I’m taking care of!
Brock is my service advisor. He always takes great care of my vehicle - in being honest on advising me what repair items (if any) I should prioritize. I never feel like the recommendations that are made is to just get me to spend money. The dealership earned another level of my respect when a service item that was missed (a cracked wheel bearing) during my required service check but was found by another dealership. Lexus paid over $500 of my $900+ bill to repair the wheel bearing. They did not try to hide it or point the fin... read more
Our recent service experience went great and Brock Ward exceeded all expectations with follow up to ensure we understood actions taken.
Awesome dealership for service. Brock Ward was my service representative and welcomed me in as soon as I arrived and had me a new Lexus TX to drive home with while mine was being serviced. He also kept me updated along the way and let me know how long the repairs would take. Great communicator and overall customer service. Thanks Brock!
