Great service as always, wouldn’t take my car any other place. I drive 3 1/2 hours to get my car serviced at Hendrick Lexus Northlake. True care from General Manager, Todd Nolan, to advisors, Becca and Lorenzo, and everyone else at the dealership.
I brought my 2021 GX in for maintenance, expecting that a lot of work would need to be done based on it's milage and service history. I got a nice loaner car, the inspection found things that would be expected, and the work was done in a timely manner. Communication was good and the car drives great, the difference was noticeable. So why the 4? When I brought the car in I didn't mention the missing weather stripping on the passenger side of the windshield because I wanted to see attention to detail.
