I can always count on terrific service from Hendrick Lexus Charlotte. David Machold took the time to answer any of my questions before a big service on my car. He updated me with the progress and made sure I received a loaner quickly. He made sure, I was taken care of from drop off to pick up.
Dave Machold provided excellent service. Dave is very effective as he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the service process as well as very personal in meeting the loaner and time schedule needs I had. He made this a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
