Dave Machold has been my service representative for years and what is surprising is he STILL helps me!!! Dave is extremely thorough, patient, and a good listener. My Little White Peanut has 330,000+, but Dave takes as good of care of it as if it were brand new. Dave is polite and provides exceptional customer service!
