Shonta was excellent very helpful in the service lane!!!!!Awesome technology specialist!!!!
After a sub-optimal service experience at Lexus of Jacksonville, I opted to try my hometown of Charleston. Brendan Borders was my trusted advisor :) and provided a professional, helpful, and easy service appointment. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, and was genuine in all of our exchanges. I highly recommend Hendrick Lexus Charleston Service Center, ask for Brendan Borders!
We have been loyal Hendrick Lexus customers for over 25 years, and now work with the Lexus of Charleston service group. Dwight Stokes has been our Service Consultant and he continues the high standard of service we have enjoyed. He is knowledgeable, responsive and does a nice job explaining necessary services and our options to address them. We have always been impressed with our Hendrick service experiences and the Charleston dealership delivers as expected.
Bill Ferguson in Service has been responsive and very helpful with our SUV. A solid person to work with!
We had a wonderful experience at Hendrick Lexus Charleston! Shonta Seward greeted us with a warm smile and was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. She made us feel welcomed and took the time to assist us with excellent customer service. Thank you, Shonta, for making our visit such a positive experience!
