RecommendedHad a great therapy morning on my shoulder due to rotator cuff surgery and therapist was so nice and very caring showing lots of concern towards me making sure I was OK all the time thanks to caring people like him n nice staff!! My brother my mother and a cousin went for therapy here and are very satisfied they went there!!
They are very unprofessional and do not listen to your concerns
The care at The Brownwood Tx location is great, if you can get in. Called yesterday and left 2 messages. Never got a call back even the next morning. Called office manager Sue Wells where I was told people had called in 4 to 5 times. We are heading into a 4 day weekend and all these people have to wait. Sue then tells me that someone yelling at her doesn't help. I asked, "you think I'm yelling at you?" She said "your telling me how to do my job. RecommendedMy Grandma went to Hendrick Hospice on Sept 5th, 2020. The staff and the Chaplin on call were absolutely wonderful and so compassionate. I can't remember everyone of their names, I am still kinda numb. God bless all of you
DO NOT TRUST GREG FROM THE HENDRICK PHARMCY... HE OFFERS PROGRAMS TO HELP THE SICK ... THEN WITHOUT NOTICE HE TERMINATES THE PROGRAMS ... HE LEAVES YOU STUCK WITHOUT MEDICATION OR HELP THAT HE PROMISED TO HELP YOU WITH. FROM THE FRAMED ART THAT HENDRICK’S HAS ON THEIR WALL... THEY DO NOT FOLLOW. OR AT LEAST GREG DOES NOT... Security discriminates against people who utilize service dogs. Illegally demanding fake “registration” and “paperwork” which the Americans with Disabilities Act explicitly expresses cannot be requested, stating “it’s policy” and is above the 30 year old federal law. The dog was sleeping, in a down stay, the entire time, until this man approached and demanded the dog was left in a car, in the hot Texas summer heat!
