Office staff were friendly but the people who are in charge of billing and insurance benefits here are awful. I’ve had the same provider for years and I would assume that being in the same network (Hendrick) that my information would be shared with the imaging center but I was wrong. Most of my personal information was inputted incorrectly, my address was wrong and my name was misspelt. When I arrived for my appointment I was told my insurance would only cover a small portion of the ultrasound and that I owed over $1000. I k... read more

Very nice employees, thoughtful and considerate! The show on the TV was extremely creepy, but overall I appreciate their help! Call as soon as you find out your appointment to confirm costs/copays.
I had a Mammo at Hendrick Imaging Center on August 19, 2021 and had a wonderful experience. Sonja was so friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Tracie, Diagnostic Tech was so kind and made me feel comfortable with the process. She was patient, explained the entire process thoroughly and couldn't have been more friendly. Thank you for a great first experience!
